Researched and authored a proposal selected by an independent advisory panel to build a new Community Access TV Station "ECTV",
where interested citizens would be taught to create TV programs. Streamlined production workflow for ECTV through digital automation while working in Las Vegas at the NAB show (National Association of Broadcasters). As the creator / co-founding partner, I served as the inaugural executive director of the new PEG channel.

Working closely with Lackawanna Historical Society director Mary Ann Moran-Savakinus, and LHS Multimedia volunteer Laura Santoski we streamlined navigation, freshened-up the graphic treatment and created lots of new content. Social media sites were also created for photos and videos provided by Lackawanna County citizens.
