Electric City Television (ECTV) will be a community resource, facilitating public dialogue and democracy through citizen access.

ECTV will provide open and equitable access to residents and non-profit organizations, providing the training, expertise, and tools needed to express their varied interests, concerns, needs, and identities.

ECTV will serve as an economic development tool for the greater Scranton community by providing visitors, residents and prospective residents with an opportunity to view the accomplishments and resources of the area via the station’s programming.
