ECTV supports three entities in a community television partnership--Public, Education and Government, also known as PEG Access. Prospective members should contact the station (click CONTACT link) or make an appointment to speak personally with the station manager during office hours to discuss your production concepts and ideas.
During this discussion new members can figure out whether ECTV is a good fit with a proposed production and determine which category of membership will be appropriate. The Station Manager will provide the appropriate membership forms, and once completed, video training will begin. For more about training sessions click the TRAINING link above.
